Hobbitbean Obviously not recovered from Cov Half! Acute Achilles tendon pain in first 100m, very nearly dropped out, but thought I'd just ease off and see if it warmed up any. It got a bit better, but was painful all the way round - should have dropped out really, but that's a hard decision to make! Nursed all the way round, speeding up and slowing down depending how it felt, but then went for it a bit from 5 miles, last mile in 5:53, only 18 seconds off my best mile time.
