MAD Superman 1 big 8m lap & 2 small 6m laps. Big hill to start each lap but not too bad after that. Lots of traffic. Pleased with the average and was fairly consistent with the pace all the way through. On coarse for sub 3 at Paris. Strong wind and heavy rain throughout the race made it hard work.
