Cookie Run leg of relay (5k) 20:40 My Garmin had 20:45 for 3.02m. It had been raining most of the morning but started to rain very heavily during the bike leg. The course was narrow with little opportunity for overtaking if someone was coming the other way. Between transition and the river it was on a narrow and slippery path. despite that I had a flier. Although not quite the full 5k it was equivalent to the fastest 5k I have done this year.
