Helegant Another PB, and room for improvement over the last mile - I reckon I lost 30 seconds because my stamina faded after the 4k marker. Not quite last but for most of the race there was no-one visible in front of me. Need to practice dealing with updulations as I found these quite hard. The cold weather made it easier to run.
