CottamRunner Ultrafit St Annes 10M race - and a really good time considering 23 miles on Thursday and that I've been focusing on longer runs recently. Decided to try and hit 7 min miles as far as possible - easing down to 8 from halfway if required (so 7.30 / mile overall). Ended up at 7.05 / mile - only just outside my PB!! Gorgeous weather - warm, sunny and not too windy all said and done. Splits: 5k 21.09 / 5M 34.34 / 10k 43.12 / 15k 1.05.48 / 10M 1.10.55. Happy with that - real confidence booster - as my pace is still there! :-)

Whoever Perfect conditions, not too warm, not too windy. Achieved a full 2 minute reduction on PB time for this distance, so pleased with that!
