About this parkrun

Flat parkrun three and a bit times round the park. The course has changed slightly since I did it and now includes a short grassy section. It's still flat. There is a cafe in the park which I haven't tried. Possibly a very quick parkrun.

amazing, well organised event

All tarmac, 3.2 laps, reasonably flat. Fairly quick, but has a few twists and turns to keep it interesting. Easy to get to.

A pleasant and flattish three-and-a-half lap course mostly on tarmac paths. Very close to Surrey Quays Overground station.

Flat 3 1/2 laps, mostly tarmac small grass section. Well organised with friendly Marshall’s, lots of options for post run ☕️ etc.
Gritts! 21st Jul 2019

Had to get bus but near Surrey Quays flat and fast 3 lapper.
Hills of Death (HOD) 25th Jul 2019

3 laps flat on wide tarmac paths make a quick course, fast people will be weaving past slower runners. Cafe and loos in the park but better food at Surrey Docks pub near Surrey Quays station 5mins away. Some on-street parking within the park

Nice wide paths and nice flat course.

My home parkrun for a number of years. My son "volunteered" / marshalled here when he was 5 days old.

Love it - fast and flat. Road shoes. Course is the shape of a twitter bird. Amazing core team - say hi to Mike who is the ED there.
Akkers 14th Dec 2022

Flat 3 loops very congested start but there were over 500 last week around 200. Toilets and cafe. 2 min walk from Surrey Quays.
Looby Loo 6th Jan 2024
