About this parkrun
Very quick out and back course along seafront, Dead flat course which is a bit busy at the start but if the wind is not blowing then great opportunity to run a pb.scoobydo66 30th Jan 2019
Pancake flat on tarmac, 2.5k out, straight back. If it’s not windy (not often) then it could be super fast. Lovely views over the Solent & IoW, just gorgeous. Loos blooming miles away! Really nice cafe nearby (Southsea beach cafe), yummy brunch

Out and back course along promenade. Flat. Congested start but spreads out and good pb potential.

First run here. According to my watch it’s a ParkRun PB, official time is a few seconds slower, but better than expected all the same.

Great out and back along the seafront. When I did the course I was on for a parkrun PB but realised after that the wind was helping along the out and hindering me on the back. Nice friendly event and lots of cafes etc around.

New course (due to repairs on the sea defence wall), starts at Eastney beach huts then a short out and back along the Esplanade followed by a longer out and back. Requested to position yourself at the start according to estimated finish time.

All tarmac and completely flat, with a short loop followed by a long loop. We did an alternative course that started at the far end of Eastney Esplanade and ran back to towards the pier. A bit congested, but fun. Easy on street parkrun, coffee van.
