About this parkrun
Three laps around a nice urban park. Finishes on grass which is slippy and muddy. If you are fast, you will need to make sure you know the course. Flat, but twisty. Enough variation to be interesting.LindsD 14th Jan 2022
Very friendly marshals! Prelap then 3 laps, flat, tarmac and a little packed gravel. Nice!

3 laps and a bit around Southall park - remember the bit comes first! From the start go around the quadrangle and when you get to the circle then start counting the 3 laps. All on tarmac, flat and fast. Narrow in places and some lapping.

Linds got it right - I went the wrong way! Super, super friendly. Flat and mainly tarmac but the turns are much too tight to make it a fast course. Lovely though, recommend a visit. Seems to be plenty of parking in the nearby streets if you need it.

Friendly & welcoming parkrun. Urban London park - 3 laps , 95% tarmac, short freak section - 3 lap course. Wonderfully supportive Marshall’s.

Mostly flat tarmac with a little bit of gravel path. Nice park with an interesting winding route and only a couple of tight turns to slow you down. Parking was free on Green Drive east of the park. Very friendly volunteers, cafe in nearby high street

Lovely parkrun, lovely volunteers! Nice easy one to get to, well served by public transport, and cycling is good. Three varied laps. Low numbers, so a good chance of a decent position, even if you're as slow as I am!

3 laps, mostly tarmac, with a short gravel path and finish on grass. Mostly flat.
Fantastic, friendly supportive marshals, very pretty park. Recommended!
