About this parkrun
A flat fast 2 "lapper" on the prom. Out 1.25km back with the first 600m on grass (good underfoot despite a lot of rain recently) and then on the prom and repeat. Lots of free parking and toilets available before the start. Plenty of local cafes.BlueArmy 30th Dec 2023
Coastal run, two out and back laps, mostly on rough concrete with a section of grass on each lap. Really friendly team. Toilets and free parking. Lots of cafés within easy walking distance

Very flat, two out and back section along the promenade and a grass section after the turn. Careful foot placement required coming off the grass.
