Disco Ron Warm race. Felt better than previous years but Arthur's Seat knocked me out again! managed a half decent walk/run/walk over to Carlton Hill. Glad to finish in a new PB! was jiggered for a couple of days afterwards.

Lexo That was Tough...Did grand till Aurthur Seat where the wheels came off.....feet are black and blue from the last descent ..very pleased though to get under 2:10 as target was 2:25.....on ly got lost once in Pollock halls and navigation is the key on this...particularly off the braids and up to Blackford hill where much time can be gained and lost. Also need to save a bit more in the tank for the final push....now Im off to lie in a dark room somewhere:)
