angryjames God, that was horrible. Took off too fast at the start, did the first 5k in 20:30, and was just dying for the rest of it. In fact, after about the first km I was feeling rotten - that decision to wear a waterproof jacket left me boiling alive. And my shoe came undone with 500 metres to go - not sure how I avoided falling over... Still a PB though :)

Left Foot Thanks to the friendly marshalls and the spectators, including my mum and dad! I had a really good time, in both senses of the word. Very pleased with my result. I had to work quite hard for it!

Puffing Bertie Wow that was unexpected...........bit windy but a great race and infact i found three laps quite helpful in a bizzare sort of way! Nice mug/cup momento!

RG Postie (RGP) Cold and breezy but an enjoyable run dispite the hangover,Marshalls for this run were excellent shouting plenty of encouragement along the way.A steady run alongside Puffing Bertie and Kath(LP) who both got PB's.
