Beautiful day for it. Mum and Dad came to watch and very much enjoyed it. It's the first time they've seen me race since primary school! Very happy with my time and pleased I managed to maintain my pace. I picked someone who seemed to be steadfast and just tried to keep up with her. (The friendly marshalls helped -- thanks guys!). Came 7th in FV40 age group, too! Happy New Year.
