Dull Napoleon™ Was lucky to be tucked behind about 5 runners going into the wind for the first half, and to have two others to race against over the last 500m. My best time of the year over the distance. Well chuffed.

Kieren Wow! Spot on with the prediction! Pure fluke of course. An advertising agency wanted to run a race & the Park Authorities requested they tag along with LFOTM as it was already scheduled, had experienced Marshalls etc. This made for a 3 wave start with about 200 extra runners! Choppy winds that you needed a group to draft from - sadly I was out on my own most of the time, unable to draft. Route was slightly different this week due to a

PhatButFit In the A race. Well I'm so sorry to all you Fetchies that bet on me, no excuses, just felt completely knackered and had a bad day at the office. I will do better next time. Good to see Kieren and PeteB running well, and many thanks to those lovely ladies cheering on the Fetchies at 4.5 km, shame I wasn't doing much to cheer about :-)
