barking Happy with that - didnt expect to beat my Sport Relief time as hadnt come close in training - had my friend in sight in the distance in the last mile, which really helped.

Che dragon Well pleased to have been able to run and to get my two medals too. Legs swollen and sore and hoepfully phizz'll sort it Monday. The middle mile was a bit tough and thanks to PQ, I could see how much I slowed.

PQ Lost about 20 seconds on mile 2 due to the wind so a bit disappointed as would have done sub 22 otherwise. Still a pb by 2 mins 28 secs from last year.
