Rigel Not as hilly as last week's trail race and (thankfully) a bit shorter too - 6.5 miles. Hard going though as it was warm and windy and running on uneven grass meant I developed a niggling ache in my ankle after a couple of miles. Pretty pleased with my time tho - not bad considering I felt lead-legged and knackered the whole way round.
