About this parkrun
2 and a bit flat out and back laps on concrete sea wall and tarmac and about 50m of beach shingle at the turn around point. Watch out for runners coming on the other side of the path! Park at Tescos or on the sea front. Nice cafe by the finish.Groundhog 9th Jan 2019
Fast and Flat, except the killer pebbles for the last 300m, energy sapping finish. Great Scenery, fantastic event.

A small event, which makes things easier. 2 laps along the seafront. Mostly easy and flat, but the start on pebbles and at the finish, plus at the end of lap 1 and 3. Nice race though, even though you shouldn't get a PB from it.

Can be busy on holiday weekends. Friendly team, good cafe, but that start on the pebbles makes for an energy sapping start!
