hannkies Course best for me by 30 odd seconds and all my short term goals for the start of the year achieved so happy with the day. 4th leg, team were 11th and decent day at the office. Running pretty well at the moment so long may it continue.

justcol Got diverted courtesy of some marker turning (neds), extra 0.6m was my penalty, lost head and heart after that. Finished strong though. After a Garmin correction I may have ran 36:30ish there's always next year :-)

Sunbed Athlete Ran fourth leg,my favourite leg for the Masters Team. Team guys before me had got the team into a lead so it was just a case of holding on to that fore mentioned lead and give the last two guys a comfortable run or glory legs as some would say! Four seconds slower than last year but had a stinking head cold to tend with!! Team gold for a third year in a row!!
