First time running at Park Run today. The atmosphere was great at Sandwell Valley with all the volunteers encouraging you every step of the way around the course. The course was great with both ups and downs but a great down hill finish to claim your toke

Mixed terrain (mud in winter, dust in summer), effectively one large and one small lap, quite undulating (steep motorway bridge 100m from start and finish).

Quite hilly 2 lap course, including a massive hill just before the finish (which is downhill at the very end). Mix of tarmac and trail - muddy in winter in places. P&D parking on site.

Lovely mainly off-road course, but lumpy but great scenery.

Smallish numbers, lovely venue, top brief. Course toughish with some testing hills, couple of great downhills. will be back

Mix of trail and tarmac, mainly the former. Quite hilly with long ups and downs but nice views in parts to take your mind off it.

Lovely up and down trail run mix with great views. Lots of parking on site and very accessible.

Lovey scenic part gravel quite tough course. One big loop then one smaller loop round a lake. Nice friendly marshals.

Nice park with a cafe unfortunately it was closed on our visit. Toilets and parking close to the start. Parking 40p per hour.

Great park run route, however you do 2 laps of the same area, which can be a bit boring.
