EarlyRiser First cross-country so no idea of time at all! Ran just fine. I'm sure course is less than 9k though. My pace is too high! Good weather conditions, sunny, blustery, a little rain part way through. Soft underfoot in places. Sandy soil. Good atmosphere all around.

mxhornet Not much chance of a fast time. Update - even slower than expected but I did take first lap very easy (18-31) and picked 13 places and 69 seconds on second lap which I pushed a fair bit harder.

Smudger 3 The slower lioness Looking forward to this one as enjoyed the first race in series . Longer race at 9k but i guess i will get a pb as never done a 9k race before my best time at 10k is 1hour 3min 26 secs SUE Really enjoyed this race and was very pleased with my time my forerunner time was 52mins 20secs .Iam just waiting for results to put the time in.Will be back for next race in series.
