Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,

chunky nice hilly one to start my marathon training!....I found this exausting, not a good training run in though I had tight calves and couldn't train. Now I'm sore all overnever felt so bad after a race, spent the whole time on the edge of anaerobic maybe some asthma....no excuses though.

eMpTy Unofficial time - this was one tough course, probably the hardest 10m race I've run so more than happy to get that close to my target time which with hindsight was probably optomistic.

Hairy Legs Hard course - but enjoyable. Quite a lot of traffic - new PB so can't complain!!

The Plodder Hard course. I felt out of training after a week skiing then 2 weeks of being below par with a virus.

wozzlehunter bit of a toughy this one, and the hill at mile 8 was a killer,
but no complaints as a good PB was achieved,
lots of traffic on the course, even through the finish line which was a bit off putting for some runners, but marshalls were good and most of them very helpful and friendly.
a very enjoyable race, perfect weather, and cheap fares on the ferry, all in all an excellent day.
