kaysdee Really happy with time, especially as it was a mixed terrain / slightly undulating course. Was only going to go for 8mm so great confidence booster for Carlisle 10K as only 12s outside pb. Absolutely fantastic marshalling, great tech t-shirt and pie and peas. Marvellous.
