About this parkrun
A two lap course which can get pretty bottle-necked in patches (but I find that helps me pace myself!) Mixed terrain but mostly tarmac o compact earth, no need for trail shoes. Good toilet facilities, ample free parking and a fab cafe.22nd Dec 2018
Nice spot round the lakes and on paper a good fast course on flat, hard surfaces. Just so congested though, the lapping took the fun out of it for me so I won’t go back.

Fast and Flat course, two laps around two lakes, narrow paths, but entirely on hard surfaces. Good PB potential.

Cafe is really lovely. Course is pretty but very congested.

Easy free car parking right next to start and finish. Flat course 2 lapper 95% on tarmac paths can be a bit slippery when wet plus wooden bridge. Cafe nice London prices 😜

Nice flat 2-lapper around the lake. Can get VERY congested due t the amount of people that it attracts. Free car park right next to the start.

Very nice flat and fast run. This was the 3 lap course due to flooding, 300m start finish straight then 3 clockwise laps of a lake. Beautiful scenery, easy free parking close to start, loos and cafe.
