DIY Diva Well that went well.  Tired leggies from yesterday's XC so there's something to ponder how much faster I could have gone.  Even raced with an upset tummy.  Went through Half-M at 1:48 - my PB, so there's some unfinished business there.  Very pleased. Gender position 28th, Age position 4th :o) Right, now to pop those calories back :o)

Good use of Lucozade and water - cups helped prevent taking too much.  Sipped lucozade for several kms.
