sammie What goes up definitely doesn't come down. Fantastic race support though and thanks to everyone for the ice pops. This is the best race support and organisation wise i have taken part in so far. A real toughie though!

Siggers Anything close to my P.B. would be fantastic, and a great indication for the next half! Just checked the weather for this run, will probably be too warm to push the P.B. further, it's not impossible considering the training sessions have been going quite well though, but it will depend on how warm it is on the day. Started well, check out the splits, but it all went downhill after about 8 miles, well at leat somthing did, I only seemed to be going uphill. Never mind still a P.B. for this course by 12 minutes, would have liked to have pushed the P.B. further but not this time. Wait for Congleton half in October.
