2.5 laps, 99% on tarmac small section on trail path. 6 Hill climbs in total with three sweeping downhill sections. Road shoes are fine but can be slippy on the downhill if it's been raining.

Parking on north side of park for free. Finish where most people gather is on south side, start is in the valley in the middle. 2.5 laps on mostly tarmac and 6 hills including uphill finish.

Undulating 2 1/2 lapper mostly on tarmac paths . Lots of climbs followed by lovely downhills - not a PB course

Pretty hilly course around the park and might have to dodge the odd puddle if it rained overnight. Most of the course is tarmac.

A small and friednly parkrun with more ups than downs! The other review sum it up nicely.

2.5 laps on tarmac with a short section of trail (this might have been changed since I last did it) few climbs and descents.

Starts and ends with an uphill section. Downhills are nice though. Discovered it’s easy to miss the finish funnel by your brain thinking you’re still going PSA it on a previous loop!

2.5 laps on mostly tarmac paths. Undulting with a lovely hownhill section. Parking for free round most of park.
