About this parkrun
Fairly challenging two lap course on good quality trails. Undulating route with two out and back sections, plenty parking, easy to find from M8IanS 1st Jun 2019
Lovely park, 2 mins off M8 J4a, trail, 2 lapper with some out and back. Not too hilly but a wee sting in the tail. Owl centre and wee cafe, and bonus loos were open before! Electric car chargers another bonus! Small field only 40-60? V friendly

Undulating course of two laps. With two out & backs on a lap, hill finish also.
Toilets & café at start.
