Pinno First time for this one and going to enter on the day. I photographed the race last year. Did the Capenhurst 10k last week and would like to crack the 42 min mark for this one. http://www.flickr.com/photos/davepinno/sets/72157600734990943/ Nice race but extremely windy along the waterfront in both directions. On another day without the wind the times would have been much better I am sure. Pleased with the time considering the conditions.

toffee Looking forward to this one, enjoying entering races this year, never done it before. Forgot my shorts! Borrowed an old pair of running pants from one of the marshalls, cheers John. They must work like Billy's boots because my time was a bit better than anticipated. Strong winds off the Mersey, struggled breathing sometimes because of it but managed a good time for me. Great organised event and friendly marshalling. Be back next time.

tryfan A very windy day - started too far back and ended up in a bit of a bottleneck leaving the cricket ground. Time was a little slower than the Capenhurst race last week - but pleased with it considering the wind. A well organised and marshaled event - thanks to everyone involved.
