disorganized Wonderful run; got a bit carried away with joy of running a bit of Ridgeway in daylight so put in some extra miles; enjoyed the day and the bluebell woods; time on feet - legs wanted more and no problem jogging back to the station in Henly after the race. Official time 10:46. Following Wednesday Silverstone 10k 46:08.
