Gobi Jogged the XC at around 6.30 min mile pace for a finish between 50-80th place. Was actually almost at the back after the 1st KM but then slowly moved through, not because I picked up but just because my relaxed pace stayed constant. A little tender afterwards but again no lasting effects.

MISERABLEMRGILES I cruised round due to a 20 mile training run the day before. Not used to x country being so flat!!! bring on the hills.

Spruce Goose Proved that I struggle with slippy and boggy conditions. Need a hill and firm ground. Slightly disappointed with time but not distraught.
