About this parkrun

Just for old ladies as the name suggests :-). Fairly flat 2 lapper on grass around the playing fields. Cafe is at the Leisure centre, so showers available.

This is a three lap course, entirely on grass. Plenty of parking nearby and public transport good (5 mins walk to tube and train). Really friendly volunteer team

Three laps, essentially round sports fields. Mainly on grass with a small section on path, so a bit soggy underfoot when wet. Parking across the main road is Pay & Display

Three laps of playing fields, flat, on grass, can be muddy at the corners. Coffee stall nearby in the sports centre. Small and friendly. Buses or tube to Richmond rail/tube station.

A three lapper round football / rugby fields. It had been -6 this week so the ground was still rock hard (no mud). Very flat, and could be fast if dry (though suspect does get muddy too!)
