Mr. K. Er well the views were nice and I got to see Sammy the Seal sunbathing. Tough second half and the 1st 13 wasn't a walk in the park. Cracking event - some remarkable running.

Muds Tried to take the first half easy, 1:45:40 was called out. Second half was fantastic, too much walking. Too hot! Great event, well organised, freindly. Good support on the course. 1st Vet 50 :) 9th overall.

Silver Strider A tad warm under the collar - 29 degrees C an hour before kick off. Wore road shoes and made the right choice although needed more ankle support. The most scenic / panoramic course I have run to date. All the pain was in the second half. Very enthusiastically marshalled. Want to run again :-)
