Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

mikeharrison Well.. didn't hit my first target of the year. Never mind it was a lovely (if a little chilly) sunny morning for a run. Not sure about the accuracy of the 1km and 4km markers. Maybe my pacing is still a bit dodgy...

Mr Hiles Warm-up was a bit too energetic for my taste, but the event was well-organised.
Felt very flat on the day, was a little disappointed with my time after going out a little too hard at the start.

sanddancer Very enjoyable run and another PB by quite a good margin. The GPS actually reported it as being slightly over distance as well but I don't know how accurate the signal was. I went off very hard and by 1.5km was already massively inside my target pace. Even though I slowed a bit, every km split was still inside my target of 5:48. Very pleasing.
