keets Nice run,long downhill stretch then a long climb from 7k-9k. I think not knowing the course may have helped. A PB, very close to sub 44 and with a flatter course maybe I could have done it.

Prof Disco Dean pb course hopefully i can get near this again.update 2nd best time ever could have done pb 19.52 5k but im quite pleased with time anyway.
