Hills of Death (HOD) Prob won't PB you never know legs still not 100% from LEJOG. 1st run for Barnet & District as 2nd claim :). Not a bad guess ok considering that no speed work for 2 month and sore hammies from LEJOG faded a bit 2nd half nice run though

Schnecke 2nd Midweek League race - a good run. Found the second circuit easier than the first, for some strange reason. Ran the last few km alongside a runner from St Albans Striders, and we kept each other going at a good steady pace, which was nice.
