jdc Felt much better at this race than the previous 2 xc races. Took the ditch well both times and managed to gain some ground on 2/3 people but couldnt sustain it on the final part of the course which was disappointing.

pudding monster not my sort of cross country course. slippy and with a ditch. loads of unused lung capacity but legs couldn't go any faster and were tired at the end.
