Impossible is Nothing Pretty terrible! Still feeling stiff and heavy-legged but still hoped to do a little better than this. Found it difficult to judge the pacing/effort. Still, somehow we finished in the top 25!

Tarmac Runner Club run had 7th leg out of 12 (3rd out of 4 Long Legs) had a realy good run pushed all the way and came in at a realy pleasing time.
