AlB Cold and wet. Crowded start - made it hard work. Lace came undone at 6km too! Still an eynsham pb (but not 10k). and 1st in cat, 1st in cat for county champioship too. silver ladies team. 3rd woman in Grand Prix - nice surprise to end with. Then lovelt sunday pub dinner and wel deserved couple of pints of guiness! Fab seeing club mates!

iPLOD 2nd 10k, couple of months after the first. Was very pleased to crack under an hour on that. Still not sure the distance was accurately measured! Would be delighted to break an hour and if at all possible to improve on 59.51.

More of a Tortoise In an ideal world would like to go under 70 minutes but don't think it's going to happen. Hopefully will still be a PB if only by a few seconds! *UPDATE* didn't go under 70 but the weather wasn't really right to give it a serious go. Still almost 2 minutes off my PB and over 7 minutes quicker than this race in 2007 :)
