About this parkrun
One-lap parkrun that consists of nearly 3 km of mostly gaining altitude before 2 km of gravity assisted running. Hard packed earth paths with some stones underfoot, lovely view from the top as you come back towards the lake.The Mussile 20th Jan 2020
Single-lap, hard fire trail. Suitable for light trail or road shoes. 1st 2.8K climbs 70m before dropping 66m to 4.8K then climbs 5m in the final 200m. Easy parking (pay & display), toilets & cafe.
