Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,

Funkydee Surprisingly felt good and although slow on the up hills, managed to pick up good pace going down. Last 2 miles were probably my quickest with nice downhill to finish.

Rick OShay A PB for me, but a little cheesed off that I didn't go sub 1.40. I found it a tough, tough course. Downhills were lovely, but ended all to soon.

Was pretty crowded for the first couple of miles (and round the houses) plus the pavement along the A20 was testing. Was lovely along the Pilgrims way on the return leg

Scooby Dave 68 for the first 8 miles and 37 for the last 5.1 tells its own story.

Good to see Yoho Ahoy on the course again - same time next year?

Seemorerunning This is a tough half, never run it before in less than 2 hours so that is my ambition, however been out of training for 3 weeks due to injury so that may not happen this year ! In 2008 I beat my 2007 time by 16 mins !!! that wont be repeated this year but at least I'm up for it again !!!!

Yoho Ahoy A new PB! Nearly 2 minutes off the previous best. Helped by the gift of Garmin keeping me at a sensible pace from the start, perfect conditions too. Very happy with this - pleasant route, the hills keep you on your toes but none of them really kill you, well organised and will definitely be back next year.
