Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

batmouse Good fun last year. Looking forward to this years. Dunno if i should dress up or not!!!

The wind was awful. Couldn't make up lost time on the downhill. Thought I was going to do it but couldn't. Still I knocked 7 mins of last year! So i am not to dissapointed.

Jenson Still hungover from big sesh on Friday. Tired. Grumpy. Ha ha. Wind was awful and ran out of steam after speeding up to soon on way down. Bit quicker than in 2006, in tougher conditions. Annoying getting stuck behind people over the fields but I like the race and the organisation (other than when I stopped to get a drink on return route and did not manage to get one as they gave them to people arriving after me...waited a 10 secs or so and then gave up). At least I wasn't wearing a parcel costume! Was worried they would need rescuing by the coast guard!

I'll be back. I didn't mind the uphill sections too much. Can do better. : )

jonotinx First time for this one! - enjoyable outing only 15 minutes from home.
Only a couple of off road sections over fields - too be honest, considering amount of rain we've had, it wasn't too bad, although I'm sure I would have done better with proper trail shoes rather than my one and only pair of road shoes.
Weather pretty damn good for time of year - mild, clear and dry. Just bloody windy.....
