About this parkrun
Two and bit non-identical laps of flat tarmac and turny trail. Tight start, fast finish. Seems wilder woods than is, interesting. Can be fast but can collect water. Changing in leisure centre. OK cafe. Distance posts not parkrun, add 100m.Dvorak 25th Feb 2019
A flat 2 lap course although the second lap is a touch different as it routes around some football pitches. Roughly half tarmac half trail taking in some pleasant green spaces in and around the ON-X leisure centre. One for the plane spotters.

2 lap course, very flat but curvy. Can get a bit tight in places so position off the start is important. Decent trail through the woods though.

Two loops through trees on a mix of tarmac and gravel paths. These is nasty tree root under the tarmac on the 2nd last turn. I went flying on in warm up, just before the “bump marshal” arrived. Narrow/congested after start, line up confidently.
