silver birch That was Fab... Iv been doing relatively flat 10ks but thst sure blew a few cobwebs away..!! That hill by the new houses about 8k almost had me running up and down on the spot and not actually going forward ..:_) Thats the most gruelling but satisfying yet and will help me with my half marathon dream ..! onwards and upwards ..
