About this parkrun
Out and back along the Thames path, 90% on hard path, 10% over some grassland at the turn. Very flat and a good PB option.iRicey 7th Jan 2019
2 laps on tarmac and gentle woodland trail along the Thames. Nice views of the river, quite a flat course. Free parking, but best to get there early. Cafe is OK and there are changing rooms and showers at the sports centre.

A P-shaped course on tarmac and trail, alongside the river past Teddington Lock. Mostly flat. Can be fast but narrow paths can make passing tricky, path at start can be slippery if wet. Start at YMCA Hawker - good facilities. 65 and 371 buses to Ham.

A fab run along the river. Short loop at start and then oiut and back along the towpath. A little congested in places and lots of Joe Public to avoid but a great course otherwise.

Out and back with a turnaround on grass. Fast course as flat and 95% on tarmac. Had my pb here for a while. Would recommend

A lot of cooling forest loads of people here and very nice parkrun especially on a average windy day in England

Lovey shaded scenic run along the Thames. Fri I’m Euston Victoria line to Vauxhall (southbound) overground train to Richmond, 371 bus from outside of front of station (stop D) get off at Lock Rd (stop N). Walk 6 mins to Burnley Road & will see start.
