Donny Lad Wanted to run around 2hours 10mins but significantly underestimated the hills and heat and had to settle for 2:18 Last 4 miles running on empty, hit the wall big style. As for the run it was superb, excellent marshalling, great course and tea and cakes at the finish, what more can you ask for? I will definately be back next year despite the tough course.

FMLXmas If not too hot, hope to use as training run at 10m/m pace and a new PB. Was very hot and course a lot tougher than I was told, especially as I struggle with steep downhills due to shin issues. Please overall as pace was good when on flat. Need a road 15 mile for that PB

Sombrero-ho-ho-ho Don't think I'll hammer it but should knock a chunk off PB.....set off at around 8 min miling but couldn't keep it up in the heat. Still pleased as I don't run well in the sunshine!
