Alun High tide so no beach start this year. Hard work into a head wind for the first 2.5 miles & a real case of hanging on with a tail wind for the last 2.5. No water in the ditches this year :-( Highest finish yet & looking forwards to another XC race next Sunday at Nurstead Court!
