skoorb Had a good +tive split, 5 k in 20.50 and pushed on from there, benefitted from taking the hill easy and should have stepped it up more at the end as I had some left at the end. Got home and realised I had dropped my HR monitor in the car park, running community didn't let me down though, an e mail to EVH and they confirmed a lady had handed it in to them ........ thankfully ! I bet on you sprong, does that mean I win money ? good run !
