Llamadance ended up aiming for 1:35 but that was scuppered early on (3rd mile) by a nasty twinge in back of right knee, so eased off and kept pushing to see, but it kept coming back. Pleased with run, especially given that. Last mile was my fastest at 6:25 which is nice and I feel pretty good after it, not particularly knackered. Good to see Sparky57 beforehand and Bodo after. There were loads of Bellahouston runners, which was great to see.
