Casares Pacer Having sorted out my achillies pain in the right leg I reverted back to the Saucony trail shoes. I know it is slighly hilly but my lower calf muscles completely siezed up. The last three miles were run at over 12 min mile pace. This time does not reflect my training. Will get rid of my Saucony trail and road shoes, these stability shoes are just too stiff under the ball of the foot and do not suite me.
