Summer course: three and a bit laps of out and back along the cliff top. Out is uphill, back is downhill. Small field. Friendly team. 5% off in the café if you present your barcode. Loos at the start. Beautiful views.

'Winter' course, 2 out & back along the prom, past the funfair to the boat ramp & back. Start & finish by sailing club. Toilets available there & on prom. Windy & high tide so sprayed by the waves this morning. Kudos to the marshals.

What’s Linds says really it’s different you can park opposite start if you are there early. Didn’t go cafe as I was doing it because up for RNR
