Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

CD Great trail race in scenic area. Jaffa cakes at finish a great touch. Worth the 200 mile round trip from Scunthorpe.

Good to meet some Fetchites albeit briefly.

jolguk A lovely morning and a great race. Just the right amount of mud, and the hills weren't half as bad as I'd expected from reading reports on RW etc. I held back far too much, especially at the end, as I'd expected the last hill to be much longer, so my time was much slower than it should have been, but I only have myself to blame. Some nice Fetch people cheered me over the line.

nandez This was my first race back after having Alexandra. i had no high expctations especially as it was trail running as well. i was quite pleased with myself as it was only approx 2 mins slower than my personal best in my fitter dys.

Obigone I do most of my training runs round here 'cos its on my doorstep! I'll just be glad to get round without any pain from my dodgy leg!**UPDATE** Well very pleased with this! Although the distance is somewhat suspect, I'm happy to have got under 40mins! Lovely crisp morning bright sunshine. Organisation was excellent by the very friendly Belle Vue Racers, the ground was pretty wet/muddy but all in all a good way to spend a Sunday morning! And no pain from my leg! Nice to see ganbaru KATATSUMURI again and I said hello briefly to CD as he headed up the killer last hill! There was one more Fetchite( jolguk?), to cheer over the finish line then off home with my good lady for tea and toast!! Roll on next year!
